+ Best Tracks: Wait For You, Promiscuous (Feat. Timbaland), Say It Right, All Good Things (Come to an End), Maneater +
- Nelly Furtado transforms herself into one of the biggest artists of 2006, with a help from Timbaland with her project "Loose". First single "Promiscuous" is definitely a radio hit with other songs like "Maneater", and the song others say one of the best pop songs ever, "Say It Right". This album is filled with amazing tracks, and Nelly's vocal is just so emotional. You can definitely feel her emotions through songs like "Say It Right", "Te Busque", "What I Wanted" etc. What more do I need to say, I'm pretty sure everyone can agree with me that "Loose" is just a great pop album.
and my number one album of 2006..
01. Beyonce - B'Day

+ Best Tracks: Ring The Alarm, Upgrade U (Feat. Jay-Z), Irreplaceable, Deja Vu (Feat. Jay-Z), Suga Mama, Green Light +
- This album is just a grow-on-you album. At first, I wasn't expecting much from her new album, but I was so addicted to "Deja Vu". Her album at first listen was pretty much average. Although, I can listen throughout every songs on the album without skipping a track, and try listening to it a bunch of time. I've grown to love these tracks, especially her vocal is just amazing. Who would have thought she recorded the album in only two weeks. That's pretty damn awesome. "B'Day" is not just a second effort from Beyonce, but an album filled with women's anthem. All the tracks are pretty much about women's strength and independence collect throughout her B' day enterprise. I loved all her three singles Irreplaceable, Ring The Alarm & Deja Vu. Now, I'm even addicted to "Listen" another single from her Dreamgirls movie. I was never a big fan of her, but now she's definitely one of my favorite artists.
