Anyways, all you're doing is eliminating one person and electing a new LOTD, so yes. But if the person you're eliminating is already one of the two eliminated from yesterdays votes, your vote doesn't count towards anything.

Probably. Everytime I try to get on at that time it freezes.

I think it's fair if you are exempt from 3:00-3:15 in that case (when it usually happens).

And you have to post by 3:20 (or you will be disqualified) and then just continue by then every two minutes.
