I'm glad that Ride and National Anthem are paid SOME respect, though. But I think that everyone can agree that Lana deserves the VOTY more than Taylor Swift. It's not that I don't like it, it's just that they're really similar.

Erm, the songs may be good but the videos are pretty basic. I'm surprised Rihanna was even nominated at all.

The other four I saw coming, but Taylor over Miley?! Now she will probably win because her fanbase will vote en masse, that's the danger whenever they nominate someone like that (or Gaga, or Bieber, etc) who has obsessive fans who will vote for anything. They really ought not to make it a fan-voted process.
