Waka Flocka is not even as hot on Urban radio as he was a year ago. Diddy has no pulling power at all unless he has a hotter rapper on the song with him. Lil' Wayne is the only one who could secure urban airplay.
If he was so desperate for it, he should have paid for bigger urban radio draws of the moment such as 2 Chainz, Nicki, Kendrick, A$ap, Drake, Rick Ross, Future, or even Chris Brown

These artists charge more for a verse.
