Not really. America has allies, they are the UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, France, and Australia. These are just some, the US has NATO, comprised of all of Europe and North America.
Iran has Russia, China, and minor countries in the Middle East.
If this does turn into a war, it would be a long stalemate, they would use nukes as a last resort. But with the money of Europe and the US, its obvious who has the advantage. Latin America will not likely be involved, like sub-saharan Africa, unless they get pushed into it or manipulated. The US will go directly into Russia because they share close borders (the reason why American kept Alaska).
Cuba and Venezuela aren't that powerful. The Neo-Nazies lack an army and country.
