Here's the deal:

When you see 'XXXXXX song has 70.00 Million Airplay Impressions'... that means during the last 7 DAYS it had an accumulative Audience of 70.00 Million.

Which means that every day for the past week it has had 10.00 Million AI per day.

Once we hit the 8th day, we have to take those 10M AI from day 1 (coz its already out of the last 7 days of monitoring) and add the audience from day 8 to those other 6 days from the previous week that are still inside the last 7 days of that song.

EXAMPLE:

Day 1: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 4.312
Day 2: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 8.182 (+ 3.870)
Day 3: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 12.930 (+ 4.748)
Day 4: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 18.454 (+ 5.524)
Day 5: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 24.227 (+ 5.773)
Day 6: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 31.395 (+ 7.168)
Day 7: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 37.339 (+ 5.944)

Day 8: Payphone f/Wiz Khalifa: 39.456 (+ 2.117)

8th day update (+2.117) means that the song has actually had a +6.429M AI update = (2.117+4.312)

But as we can only take into account the last 7 days. We add the last seven days together and as a result we have those 39.456M AI (3.870+4.748+5.524+5.773+7.168+5.944+6.429 = 39.456M AI)
