His point is that the father from Venezuela could've been black too, or had a brown skin as well, which would've make Mariah's dad full black. Plenty of Venezuelans are dark. You might not see them in any of the novelas, but they're there. Being Latina doesn't mean you can't be black, have a brown complexion as well. You make it sound as if his hispanic venezuelan side couldn't be black as well.

Here's something for you and that Janet stan to do instead of wasting my time:
1. Go find every "Spanish speaking" country on the map. And by "Spanish speaking" I mean countries with Spanish as their official language.
2. Next divide the countries between the two of you to research.
3. Then go look up the general populous (this way you can't throw around "majority" claims without some info first) of each country in images and in origin. Go as far back as you can.
4. Lastly, find the nearest bridge and jump the **** off of it.
