Dont get how people are saying BTW though? BTW the single will always be remembered. Not only for its #1 streak, but its usually played along with just dance, poker face, and bad romance during gaga spots on TV.

The sales beg to differ especially with no hit single.
Beyonce has a big fanbase that will buy every release. We're not talking about fans, because fans will always remember an album. I'd imagine we're talking about everyone else.
Sales really do mean much when it comes to general public, not pop/music fans.
I mean, do you honestly think teenage dream will be remembered? It sold 2mil+. (at least i think lol, i'd hope)
Teenage Dream has sold 5 million and produced 7 hit singles including 6 number 1's, had a sold out tour WW and the songs from that album alone have generated over a 800 million views on Youtube so I'd say it was memorable.
