Last night i watched Ja Rule perform at a club in Melbourne, anyway towards the end through his scheduled act he stopped the music and wished a happy late birthday to aaliyah, it honestly made my night and made me respect him so much more
My holy trinity of R&B/pop girls is Rihanna/Aaliyah/Beyoncé
I'm on the verge of buying "Aaliyah" on amazon but I don't know if I should Buy the 2001 original version or the remastered 2004 version with 3 more tracks

Buy both
You should get the remastered one, more music.
I bought both.
So I never listened that much to Aaliyah, I liked Age Ain't Nothing but a Number but I was more like a casual listener.
The day of my birthday (A week ago) I listened to ''Aaliyah'' and I was slayed! Rock The Boat still sounds so fresh and is so smooth, it was really a song that blew me away ! Then I listened to One In A Million, have to admit that maybe it's a little bit too long, but what an album! Beautiful and her voice was just so delicate, so to resume, I am completely in love with her music.
