Saying nobody knows about an album is a very weak excuse for a huge artist. Their fans certainly know about an album release. Usher has 11.5M twitter followers. He's hardly low profile and obscure either. For only 20k out of 11.5M followers to buy your album is just embarrassing.
He's had The Voice as well to gain wider popularity and stay relevant.

Y'all aren't ready for when Everyday becomes a single! Hopefully it takes off in December, so Everyday's streams, the sales boost from the holidays, promo, and a discount can give this album a huge push. Ariana is coming for Round 2 with Drake, but this time she's winning!
He was supposed to be Bey's equivalent. At one point he was bigger than her by a landslide. This is what happens to artists who trend hop and have mid-life crises. I truly feel bad for R&B artists that just don't know how to adapt and evolve while still remaining current and true to what they're loved for. If he had just went with the Climax sound all the way and made that futuristic sounding R&B his niche, this would not have happened.
Sad nothing more to say. What do you expect with a really really bad promo and album cover?
I Don't Mind was doing so good, they should just start the era from 0 with the song and release a music video + announce a world tour, but no they decided to waste the song and wait 2 more years to release a new album with really bad promo. I don't know what was the point to delay this album if you do the same mistake for 2 years ago.
He still got it, I know this, but he needs to prove it again, otherwise all his upcoming projects will end like this.
