She had left a long time before it was announced the group disbanded. They tried to make it work for a hot second...then gave up.
RIch Harrison also screwed them over too, apparently charging a ton of money for the tracks he did for them. Which really is not THAT uncommon for new artists. Usually these producers charge more on front end for newcomers (RG), and less for established artists (Beyonce, J Lo) b/c established artists will make them more money in the end w/ royalties. BUT STILL THEY WERE ON
HIS LABEL so I don't know why he was charging anything at all.
But anywho....yeah that's basically what happened.
