It grew on me a lot. After the first listen I was like eeeehhh too

Nah, it's a really good album. It may sound a bit monotonous because of Dev's melancholic voice and a few motifs repeated too many times/ a few unnecessary interludes, but it's still 8/10
Stand outs: Empress Of on "Best to You", piano in "I know" and when Nelly Furtado's moans/mumbles 'want (born?) to be brave' in Handron Collider (literally a tearjerker )

Same But I don't really get the comparison, I literally spent half of last week listening to nothing but Wild Nothing and it sounds nothing like him/them(?)

I've been listening to the album over and over again for the three days now and I cannot help feeling totally disappointed. I mean, the production is great and all of the songs are of a certain quality but I don't really care about any of them really and there's isn't a standout. Not one comes even close to Chamakay and Time Will Tell from this last album.
