The only thing I don't like about the icons is the color but that can be easily changed.
The interface is stunning though

The icons definitely do not fit the apps, the apps are ****ing gorgeous, that ****ing weather app IS BEAUTIFUL
Like my favorite thing about iOS 7 is the weather app

The new lock screen looks beautiful as well
reminds me of a jailbroken iPhone with a lot of work done.
And the new gesture to switch apps
they're definitely taking a lot of cues from jailbreaking community.

Wow, the new design is sensational. The look and feel of iOS has been my biggest complain in recent years. It's aged even though their hardware design is still flawless.
