AAA are this years winners. It was going to be Ayumi, but I don't think her tracks have been as strong as previous years. Although the track "Summer Revolution" didn't do great in my Personal Daily Countdown, I still listen to it is as catchy as ever and the video really fits the song. Another highlight track from them is "Hide Away" and they were three different versions to this track "Hide Away", "Hide And Seek" (male version) and "Found You" (female version) overall tha was a great single. They deserve to won this year
Second from Taylor. Is it the last? Hehe. This song is so romantic like most of her songs and the video is so american I love it!
P!nk
"Funhouse"
I love the fun this song and video captures. I admire P!nk in these songs because she writes from the heart and you feel involved more when you listen to her songs. This song has great lyrics,
Mariah Carey
"Obsessed"
I liked the song more after the video was released lol. It is a great parody. The reason why I like the song is because it is quite comical and I love the more up-tempo side of Mariah.
Ayumi Hamasaki
"You Were..."
I only heard this song about 3 weeks a go, but its a beautiful ballad which suits the season and it is also one of her best ballads as well.
Flo Rida
"Right Round"
It's not original Flo Rida, I liked his first single "Low", although this song isn't my best Ke$ha saved it, it was the right decision to have a female vocalist sing in the chorus and leave the verses for Flo Rida.
Ami Suzuki
"Kiss Kiss Kiss"
This song feels so trancy and its more of the Ami we see now. Before she had more of a eurodance feel to her songs. But these songs are still great to listen too, and the beats and melody to this song is beautiful.
Little Boots
"New In Town"
This song deserved more attention and a better chart position. Its really catchy and one of those songs that gets stuck in your head. Great debut single from Little Boots.
September
"Can't Get Over"
This swedish singer has an incredible voice. The song was re-done for the UK, but I loved both versions. The video is amazing and very futuristic. This song is so far my favourite from her.
Sunrise Avenue
"The Whole Story"
Not many of you would have heard from this band, but they're a bit like The Rasmus. Their songs remind me a bit like Simple Plan which is why I like their songs so much.
Pixie Lott
"Boys And Girls"
One of my best songs from Pixie's album. Its a really good dance and party song.
Avenged Sevenfold
I was sad when I heard "The Rev" passed away the other day. They're one of my favourite heavy metal bands. Their style is very unique and I love the instrumental in their songs. Zacky is a great guitarist and M.Shadows has a great rock voice. I love the rhythm of their songs and the lyrics are always amazing. My favourtie song from them is deifinetly "The Beast And The Harlot" this song means a lot to me, because It was one of my most played songs in 2006 (obviously behind Cascada's "Everyime We Touch" ) This song got me dressing emo and got my stereotyping myself as one. Me and my friend dyed our hair black and wore black all the time I'm not like that anymore thank god But this song brings back good memories. I loved "Dear God" from their previous album and my other favourite songs from them are "Seize The Day" and "Afterlife"
