It's not like its just started happening, this on air/on sale thing. Lady Gaga did it with Just Dance. But jessie J's label already agreed to make it a less rare thing/more common for their artists and jessie J agrees with it completly aswell. Artists and labels do not have to comply with it (as 2 big record companies havent yet).
It starts from the start of february,
