Loving/liking all of these! Specially pleasantly surprised to see Clarence Clarity here, actually the first time I heard about him was through ATRL (before he released 'No Now' even lmao), but it's still surprising.

Their first album was excellent but their second was just okay. I love In Colour so maybe i'm a bit Jamie biased.

Lots of great picks, but I have to put a spotlight to Make Me Like You - glad to see Gwen getting positives for her album this year which gets a lot of (imo) undeserved hate. I remember too when you had UTLY on your list last year & the album didn't even feel close to being here.

There's positives but there's also some filler from Gwen's album, which made it to be not as memorable as I hoped. I would say MMLY is pretty underrated and deserved to be bigger than what it is.

****ing GOJIRA. I was not prepared for this. I mean, maybe Johnald or myself would have put a song or band like that anywhere near our lists back in the day, but that's about it.

"Stranded" wasn't my favorite song of theirs or anything, but it's strong enough, and the fact alone that it made a year-end list on ATRL is insane in all of the best ways.
