A #4 peaking hit isn't underperforming. BBHMM, which was doing well on its supported platform, was an urban hit on its own. The only true underperformance was American Oxygen. Now why they weren't included on the album? Don't ask me. What I do know is that Work was released a day before the album release, and people thought that was going to flop as well at the beginning.
