Neon Lights was released as single months and RDC a year after the album release, not before to get hype from the GP
the sales are underwhelming and terrible indeed, but as long as she keeps getting #1 singles after #1 singles, she'll be fine, stop with the excuses
plus, first week sales should indeed count cuz sales decrease though time, weak first week = weak long term sales
