From what I've heard they copy/pasted 90% of the first game. There are new ougis, but new artes ? Imma need some receipts (and I hope you have some).

Yeah, the expanded the artes list for every character. Especially Leia, she has like 10 new artes.

I'm pretty sure that the answer is no. There's not even Holy Lance. But Milla does have this one cool light element arte called Glare Cage. She also has divine streak. And someone does have a hi ougi that is just like Big Bang.

EDIT: in tox 2, Milla gets an arte called Prison Saver. It's like a mix of Judgment and Divine Saber.

You will be disappointed when it comes to magic tbh. A lot of the new spells are (there's one that's literally a bell that swings back and forth) and some great spells you will want to return won't
