Pure sales = Digital+Physical (excl streams)
For RIAA certification purposes when they put "digital" they mean sales + streams and when they put "standard" it's just sales. That's why albums usually have "standard" (they don't include streams in the certification) and singles usually have "digital".
Example:
So by certifying IWYTK with "standard" that means it actually sold 1mil copies.

I feel like the RIAA must have messed up the "IWYTK" certification, there's no way it sold another 450k in such a small amount of time.
