Yeah so you need over 4 million US streams if you have 0 sales and airplay to just make it onto the Hot 100.

Hmm looks like so far the only song to top Streaming and Digital but not Hot 100 is Gangnam Style, but technically Streaming Songs didn't exist until the year after Gangnam's sales domination.
