How were the lines where you voted? All of the polling stations had long lines here. One even had up to a two hour wait to vote.

Contact Elections Canada (or go to http://elections.ca). You might not be registered to vote. Or if you've voted in previous federal elections, did you move and not update your address with them?

That's sad for democracy. Last election we had 24.25 mil eligible voters, and 14.8 mil voted. Even advance polling day 1 is 850k, not including the university voting (which could bump the # close to 1 million already).

The school I went to had 3 poll tables, and I had to wait in a long line to vote at my table, whereas the other 2 were empty.

We had a heated debate about this at Thanksgiving dinner. My parents are strong conservative supports, but I'm not. My dad hated Pierre Trudeau, so he refuses to support Justin. He also says he'll never vote NDP cause their "destroying Alberta".

Also someone at my work thinks Justin Trudeau has an airport named after him in Montreal
