What does a blacklist script mean?

The list was released yesterday by film executive Franklin Leonard, who has been compiling it since 2005. It consists of 71 screenplays that producers have voted their favourite scripts yet to make it into production. YES! Adult comedies or Teen comedies. I don't want anymore Monte Carlos or Ramona & Beezus's.

Not saying she can't do anymore family films, that's obviously not up to me but I don't thinks she should do them for a while. Especially not movies that are for the younger crowd. It'd be like taking a step back.
