Apparently Scooter is broke AF

He aparently pushed his final pennies on Tori and when her record did nothing he got in an economical drought.
I think he is waiting for Justin and Ariana's new material to pop before trying it with CL.
CL's new album was actually ready before Toris but he was scared CL would flop because it would be a risk trying to break out an asian pop girl / rapper. So he took the safer route which was Tori..only unfortunately she did nothing so he really is stuck until Justin releases more material and Ariana starts her new era. basically we can expect another 3-4 month wait before CL gives us something with a radio deal and stuff...and i'm afraid she will get inpatient and just go back to korea and work on new stuff with 2NE1 instead
