Sis most of these great scientists lived when religiosity was a given. Science has progressed so dramatically ever since that an overwhelming majority of scientists now reject the idea of design and I'm convinced that these great personalities would as well.
It's however irrelevant what Einstein, Newton, etc. thought. Atheists don't reject god because someone tells them to, but because of the objective evidence. This is not a matter of personal opinions.
I find it amusing btw how
religious people like to use Einstein & other scientists for their purpose when 99% of their life's work completely contradicts all
their other beliefs.
