That background was certainly a hot mess during "Diamonds," but Rihanna looked great and sang really well. Sure she didn't sing all the choruses, but she nailed the verses, as well as the "Shine bright / tonight / we're beautiful like diamonds in the sky" part. And "Stay", just wow. Her best vocals I've ever heard, and that's my favorite ballad of hers since "Unfaithful."
I hope this era doesn't get messy like TTT. I'm here for GGGB/LOUD era Rihanna.
