The album actually did leak. I've seen people with "Read My Lips" & "Where You Go", and people actually bought the album off the website and are passing DL links around twitter through their DM's.
Her team put the album up on her website so we could listen to the snippets, but they also made the available for purchase by placing the "buy" icon available immediately. Some people bought the album before hand and are now spreading the tracks around.
