I think it's Banks fault there is a riff between the stanbases because Azealia shaded Nicki

About Nicki being brought up in Azealia's interviews: Nicki is representing the female hip-hop artists right now, much like Gaga represents the female pop artists. OBVIOUSLY Azealia will be asked about her. It's just like when Nicki first came out and was asked about her thoughts on Kim. Unlike Nicki, though, Azealia isn't afraid to say what she REALLY thinks of Nicki.
About Nicki being brought up in Azealia's threads: It's usually Nicki's own stans who do it. |
i feel like she's bring something new to the table she deserves alot more hype !!!!! i havn't heard anything like her before really this EP just clarified that she's going to create her own sound more and more efficiently, i just hope the general public doesn't allow a good artist like her to fall

You just changed the subject entirely, sis.  How does this prove that Azealia isn't a rapper or is a "dance" musician? This is an Azealia thread, not a Nicki thread.

Or Azealia and Kim?
Azealia didn't beef with Nicki. She simply stated that everything Nicki's doing, she's (Nicki) already done.
Azealia was feuding with Kim because she was doing a collaboration with her and sent her a verse that she could either use as a reference or record herself, and Kim's people freaked out on Azealia and attacked her on Twitter, and were offended because "Kim always writes her own ****".

Because when she's singing a pop song she's being a popstar. When she's doing a rap song she's being a rapper. It doesn't have to be so specific and black and white. It's not one or the other, it's both.

I'm happy though that Azealia is here. I HOPE Azealia is successful because Nicki doesn't like competition, and she'll actually try her hardest and deliver a solid album after the Azealia release.
