I've got a suggestion/idea.
On some forums there is an option to give a post a good rating.
And I've already seen some very good, nice posts that I'd loved to rate.
Idk if this is possible or even a good idea. Just wanted to share.

The default smilies probably won't be changed or swapped any time soon, but I like your idea. Some kind of separate sidebar for popular smilies is worth looking into.

We ban a range of IP addresses or proxy services after we notice a problematic member was using that address or service. Other members are affected if they try to use the same service.

I got a point for going off topic in NHB when considering everything that is off topic in that thread, was not. Avril was brought up, and so I responded. Look at the current conversations in NHB, which are all off topic. I feel as though I was warned based on what I said, not the subject at hand. I would like it to be reversed.

I hope I'm not overstepping my boundaries, but I'm almost positive ImageShack blocked several countries from viewing their images. A few people are having the same problem. See: http://atrl.net/?t=113740

I've got a question for the mods. Why was I given two warnings for leaving the icon after a comment for flamebaiting and others for going-off topic yet this person derek wrote the following which was CLEAR flamebait for the Rihanna stans and he went off-topic not once but twice, but no warning was received.

I completely agree with this. I was also given a warning for going off-topic, but my question is who is to dictate what we can and cannot say in NHB? As long as we're not stanning, why are the mods even concerned about what we're talking about if were not breaking any of the rules?

I also have other previous points from an argument in NHB which doesn't warrant the warnings I've received. I got one for nicknames, but in fact it was a personal insult. I would like that one to also be reversed.
