Running and Taking in Water are definitely among my faves, too. haha, now that you mention it, I notice it, too but that adjective is just 100% fitting for her.

I've seen her in a couple of best ofs but I think it's great, it's a quality album, I'm glad people are aware of her I think you might like her.

alright, I can live with you being annoyed by the hype and not wanting to check him out because of that.. but don't call him overrated when you haven't even listened to him he has great lyrics, and the way he translates emotions into his voice is amazing.

ALL TIME LOW | Don't Panic

I was surprised that they were releasing another album this year already, but by no means was this a rushed release. more like the opposite: it seems that they were feeling very liberated and inspired after leaving Interscope, and writing this album on their own definitely did them good. they recorded with only one producer who helped them make the songs sound like they wanted them to, not the other way round. that leaves an album that shows ATL returning to their pop-punk roots, capturing the essence of the band perfectly. the band said they also wanted to write something that would be great to play live, and they've definitely achieved that.
it's a fun album that flows nicely, providing catchy riffs and melodies that make you want to sing along, and the songs tie together nicely in the overall theme and spirit of liberation and overcoming difficult times.

favorite tracks Backseat Serenade. The Irony Of Choking On A Lifesaver. Somehwere In Neverland.

the lyrics are really funny, that's true kind of a silly song, but that makes it interesting and yeah, with the unusual feature, it's cool

The main problem is that we're the last part of his route, so if he was too slow because of snow or something else he's too exhausted to come - which I understand, nonetheless it really annoys me. And the temporary personnel... well, they are even more terrible.
Yeah, it is silly, but who cares?

oh man, that would drive me crazy we always get the mail between 8.30 and 9.30 in the morning, and when I wake up before that and am expecting something I'm always on edge until I know if it got here or not

I dunno, when she belts her tone reminds me of Whitney's powerful vocals,, especially on Running

I can hear a Bit of Beyonce and Sinead O COnnor on that album too

but among all, she reminds me of a modern day Sadu

This album slayed me One of the 2 most fave debut albums for me this year!
