Come on this's a music forum and Gaga's threads negative or positive are being posted here everyday by little monsters or non fans. Even the media reports her messy tweets and stunts, it's really no big secret when it comes to Gaga's tweets about the charts.
She's one of the biggest pop stars right now, she even was crowned as the new queen of pop after her debut's success, she's very exposed and in the news all the time, so it's like non fans are pressed when they share their thoughts about her especially when the monsters themselves had many incidents making fun of other artists during their flopped eras.
