It's supposed to be funny, tongue-in-cheek, and a clapback at the people that make up stories about her. It's a welcome break from the heavy melancholia felt throughout the album, kind of like Rude Boy is for Rated R, which is another amazing album.

Ultraviolence is objectively better than that album. It flows better and the instrumentals are so much more sophisticated and aristocrat-worthy.
