Nicki Minaj opens at 70 with The Pinkprint (4,205 sales). Her Pink Friday peaked at 116 in November 2010, and Pink Friday – Roman Reloaded was number 20 in April 2012.
I fell out of my chair when I was looking thru the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
So ruthless, easily her biggest era on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and prolly Rap too. Gonna end up being her most successful single era tbh, esp. if TNISY pulls thru as the Super Bass/Starships of the era (aka good sized radio hit with great sales, both of which Ana sort of lacked).
It's good that GOYK isn't doing as good as FM at the moment so it can rise and shine to the fullest sometime in the next months
I love Katy's backing vocals tbh

It is actually doing better outside of the US.
I'll let you assume what you must about what this means.
Just know this is more than likely gonna be another Only/Bed of Lies situation. GOYK def. will outperform BoL easily and then FM will reach some new peaks outside of the US following the music video like Only and Ana did.
GOYK needs to be single when she's touring europe.
I'd actually prefer The Night Is Still Young to be released around the time she heads off for Europe. It has the perfect sound and she'd actually be able to promote it on her own (as opposed to having to perform GOYK with Ariana every time... otherwise it'd look awkward).
I'm hoping for a dual release of FM and GOYK asap and then prolly one of the more urban leaning singles and TNISY closer to the European tour.
