You buy ATRL+ and then ask the mods to transfer it to that certain member.

Here's what I did for ILM2:
sent a help request stating that you want to give an ATRL + subscription to another member (whomever they will be), then that way Athens knows what's up.
Wait for him to respond and then talk with him about buying it and then having him transfer it over to another user.

This way Athens is aware your intentions of the ATRL + subscription and so the process is laid out nicely. It will take a while to do the entire process since Athens is busy, but patience is key

Since Athens deals with these sorts of things, the moderators can message Athens on your behalf, but its much cleaner to send in a help request and then the moderator turns your original message into an admin help request
