i think its safe to discuss our songs here, there's nothing that can be done if we come to know about each others' entry!
Ok then,
I chose Umbrella the first single to introduce Good Girl Gone Badand Rihanna's new sound.
Quote:
Interviewer: Lets start off with the obvious – we see you have a new look and a new sound for “Good Girl Gone Bad”. What prompted this change?
Rihanna: This change was just really an expression of how I’m feeling right now – in my life and in my career. I felt like I had enough of being forced into a particular image and sound, that’s why I call the album “Good Girl Gone Bad” because I really didn’t care anymore. I just wanted to do what I wanted to do and this is who I am now.

I just want to have a little more fun with my music and be a little more experimental in terms of my image and my sound. I just reinvented myself. A bad girl, it's all about the attitude that you take toward things, I'm not being careful, I'm just having fun. I'm taking risks because bad girls take risks.
"Frozen" was a radical change for Madonna. The darker electronic undertones, eastern strings arranged by Craig Armstrong, a touch of Middle Eastern percussion in the opening and her new vocal range were all previously unexplored territory for Madonna. However, the song was a huge success and is praised as being one of her best songs. Its success worldwide also marks it as one of Madonna's biggest hits ever. Madonna has said that the lyric is about "an emotionally frozen man." The song was mainly composed in F minor.
Entirely different from their reggaton/pop/rnb sound to a more dance/house/downtempo/ sound....even lyrically the depth is way better...and its not the typical pop B.S. that running on the radios.
i think it's obvious that it's totally different than her usual ****ty party songs it's a serious break up song and it's really good do you guys think this was a good choice?
