Oh yikes, I thought it was higher. Nevermind... It still could but it will be a struggle. The single is somewhat old and it's already dead on the radio and promo could only do so much.

Without any more promo - No.
With 1 or 2 more TV performances, maybe.
It just depends on how they plan her promotion.. and on how much these Jingle Balls will affect her sales. Also, Who's That Boy could push it a little bit if it gets successful on the radio.

It deserves to be multi-platinum but honestly, I don't see it happening.
Who's That Boy better effing smash! I want it to go top 20 on radio, at least top 30 on BB and it needs to sell at least 1.5 mill in the U.S.

IDGAF how long it takes to go platinum tbh, its so hard to for a ballad now to go platinum ESPECIALLY for a disney star, not even Miley the most successful one can do that lol.

I can totally see Who's That Boy going top 10 IF they do some really good promo for it. Play it on popular tv shows, get a tv comm. for it, perform it on Ellen, Jimmy, have an SNL spot. It could easly go top 10 if they wanted it to.

Who's That Boy is very radio friendly. I can see it OWNING pop and getting played on Rhythmic. Dare I say maybe even a few urban spins. And radio is the most important to a single, if it's a hit on radio then the sales will follow suit.

Agreed. I think radios are going to eat it up. And isn't BB like 60% radio, 30% sales and 10% streaming? Or something like that? Hopefully they go all out with WTB.

Since Who's That Boy is obviously not going to be released this month, and probably won't be released in December. I think they should promote Skyscraper now to help it go to platinum and help the album sales.
Then send WTB out for adds in early January and the music video be released at the end of January/early February and have it premiere on E!
