That TSR page says tour rehearsals are starting late March and that's one and a half month away.

Promo for HTM should restart after the Grammy's effect in the charts die down, around last week of February or early March.

Yes, promo now will be wasted opportunities. The singles is selling/streaming and radio is getting higher. They will release remixes + a performance when its time. Now will be completely pointless.

Wasn't it due to radio? Plus streaming was actually SOL's weak point. HTM will re-peak, especially since she'll probably do more promo for it.
