It's so funny how the actual Revenge fans are ABSOLUTELY pleased with the finale, and all of these other random people that I'm seeing in this thread for the first time are just coming in here to drag.

I've watched since day 1 and this finale and Season 4 as a whole was a complete joke. So no, not all fans are satisfied.

I've been watching this show since the very beginning and while I'm happy Emily and Jack ended up together and all that, it was still very poorly paced and extremely predictable for a series that really deserved better. Just because we don't eat up everything the writers throw at us doesn't make us not "actual" Revenge fans.

It would've been better if it wasn't a nightmare. Still ridiculous but at least it would've been a surprise, unlike the rest of the episode.

Emily being shot was a great moment. But they completely killed it by cutting to her being alive later that year. I'm just so disappointed it ended that way.

There were so many GREAT moments in this finale but I can't help but feel like it was rushed.

Regardless all the great things I love about Amanda/Emily were showcased (how loyal and loving she is to the right people)

And of course it was very good to see Margaux own up to her ****.

The look in Victoria's eyes when she shot Amanda basically made me hate her even more than I already did. She was pure evil. All that mess about her being a victim to her mother and being evil to protect herself and her family was always ******** and I called it from the very beginning. I mean she was adamant about the rape but her mother stuck to her story on her death bed. The only thing she was guilty of was not telling Victoria who her father was and making Victoria take the fall for the murder which we know now doesn't matter because she's a cold blooded killer anyways.

This was a FANTASTIC series and I will watch it many times in the future.

I still think people who say season 1 was the only good season have short attention spans and are kinda dumb tbh. sorry not sorry

Well first of all she wouldn't have heard them saying that because they were behind glass and talking quietly, but I thought it was pretty clear when Amanda said "I'm never going to forget her, am I?" (or something along those lines) that her nightmare was just her reminding herself about how awful Victoria was.

Maybe they left it ambiguous on purpose but I think they would've worded Amanda and Jack's conversation differently if she actually had Victoria's heart. Revenge hasn't really been a show to be ambiguous.

The past few episodes were so rushed. And the finale was just wayyyy to rushed, I was disappointed to be honest. Like a good half of a season of events happened in one episode.

Season 4 had so many great moments though. Granted there were many frustrating moments but I think the great moments more than made up for them.

I think any shortcomings were because they weren't sure if it was the last season or not. I think seasons 2 and 3 were drawn out super long but season 4, particularly the finale was rushed. It did a number on the quality of the run but at the same time, even though I'm not exactly raving about the season or the finale, at least the outcome of the series/season was great... it's just how we got here was not ideal.

I'm satisfied with the finale and the ending for the most part. I have no clue where they would've gone after that ending, except make Revenge into a procedural type thing with Nolan, but that would've totally ruined the whole show, so I'm glad that it ended

I doubt doctors would've given her Victoria's heart under the circumstances anyways. I would sue the **** out of them (unless it was absolutely the only donor)

I'm really disappointed in the finale mostly because I thought the last few episodes have been pretty good this season, and I had high expectations for a finale everyone hyped so much. I don't think Season 1 was the only good season, but I can definitely understand why fans stopped watching especially during Season 3. Bringing David back was an awesome moment but him actually being a character and interacting with Emily was kind of a mess in Season 4. I don't think belittling people's intelligence for only liking the first season is really fair; if anything the same could be said for people who DID stick around. For myself, I stuck around for Season 4 and I feel "kinda dumb" for doing so after this finale. But the few episodes before this finale were a return to form for a show that lost much of its luster recently.

Season 1 was my favorite by far. But I still liked two and loved three. Even the beginning of four. Towards the end, it just got so rushed. I don't even know how I feel right now about the finale. I'm too sad that it's over to contemplate how I feel about what actually happened

I wasn't being serious (about the stupid part) and I didn't address anyone specifically so I don't know why you're being defensive?

Anyways, if you stuck around then you know there were plenty of amazing moments that made up for any nonsense or lag. I can understand people voicing their opinions on certain parts of the show but to say "stopped after season 1" and then go on and tell us how bad the series and finale was is just... dumb and annoying. Again, I'm not addressing you personally... I'm addressing my issue with these kinds of "fans."

The finale satisfied me. I never ask for much with shows like this when it comes to their finales. Just that everything gets wrapped up and everything was. I got what I needed and that's enough for me.

That's kinda the ending I wanted, but the way they executed it was anti-climatic. Either way, I'll miss Emily and Victoria.
