Avril did not sell out with TBDM lol.

Her music was already very accessible, radio friendly and catchy on both LG and UMS.

She just lightened up a bit the sound and visuals which seemed rather natural. I mean, you can't be an angry teen for 5+ years.

I jumped ship completely when TBDT came out, she sounded and looked like a completely different person on that album... Like, her voice got the case of Benjamin Button, she sounded like 5 years younger or something and the songs were tragic minus a few...
