If Kelly were #1 at the moment, Adele would be at .7438. Considering Kelly is likely to gain on Adele both before and after she hits #1 again, the difference will likely be over 30%.

It doesn't matter though. Since Kelly isn't performing WDKY at the Grammys, Adele will overtake her no matter how big a lead Kelly forms beforehand.
