I don't like this as a lead single. I actually dont like this at all but I guess it'll serve the purpose. It's awful for a single choice. No, no. And I hope it won't be on iTunes, cuz it'll mess up the release of the real first single.

I don't think it would be a lead single - has it been done before? Maybe a song as a jingle in a commercial, but I'm not sure about theme songs as lead singles.

I really hope not too. She is capable of a better sound and lyrics.

Exactly. Every article so far refered to it as a theme song and that's it. Look at the lyrics alone.This is good for a daily talk show theme and it works that way.

I'm always Negative Nancy here but I hate everything about this new song. The chorus is some BEP level bad with the wordplay on yesterday/today/tomorrow. At least there will be a performance and Alecia on Ellen is always a blast. Pls pls pls announce the album.

There is no indication from what I hear that it's going to be in the same vein as TTAL. It's going to be more broad and not as focused on love and stuff. She knows she's done two album in a row about life with Carey and she's not going to make it a strike.

it will most probably follow the same musical blueprint the trilogy has. RCA wont have it any other way and wont allow her to pull a m!ss. in their eyes she already got that out of her system with rose ave.

i hope today's the day was only a glitch, but i am afraid its not.
