The comic-con trailer was roughly 2 minutes and 50 seconds, where as this trailer is 2 minutes and 24 seconds (according to the ratings information).
The comic-con trailer had no special effects, was cut from 5 weeks of shooting, and including cursing. I think it's very safe to say this will be different. Singer said a while ago that he did some form of homage to X-Men and that he wanted it to be a surprise but that Fox wanted to use it in the trailer (possibly this one) too, so it seems like it'll take a different trajectory.
First and second unit shooting is complete, but pick-ups are scheduled for January, where they re-shoot any scenes that they feel aren't good enough or add a scene or two they feel would help the story. It's also where they loop/ADR scenes that require it. Assuming this follows DOFP's trajectory of trailers, we won't get anything following this one tomorrow until virtually all post-production is complete.
