It's when something simply big falls over, people who cut down trees often yell "timber" to let others know a tree is falling. But if a telephone poll was falling over someone may say "timber" as well. I think when she says she's going "timber" in the song she means "look out for me cause I'm coming hard" like a tree would come hard at the ground, or she's saying "look out for me cause I'm going big". Either one would work
