I only found the Hot Picks section of AllAccess like last week (iirc Carly only had one listing there then, from some guy at a station based in Macon, Georgia), but I think it's sort of like an add recommendation section, for other stations to see what's gaining traction. I think.

I believe iHeartRadio has a lot of clout, so an endorsement of sorts from them should be great.
