So someone on Instagram is saying P!nk got a new tattoo in her wrist area. Apparently it can be seen in the Ellen promo. Can anyone confirm if this is a new tattoo or has she always had it? Can't tell.

"Today's the Day" serves its purpose, and as previously stated, it's a daytime talk show theme song; it's not expected to be revolutionary. I want to hear the new song in full before I judge. So far, it's okay; it sounds like a grower. I really hope that this isn't the only new music we get this year, though. But if it's debuting in September when Season 13 starts, then chances are she's going to want some space between this and whatever the lead single from her new album is. I really hope we get something besides this year, though.... I mean, I can't complain, because we got You+Me last year and we're at least getting one new song this year, which is more than I've gotten with Adele, but still... A new album would be nice this year.

Oh there's new music coming this year. Like I've said since 2012, P!nk isn't going to stay out of the spotlight. Look at all the things she has been involved in since the era ended. She's constantly shown on tv in Cover Girl commercials and now millions of people are going to hear her sing everyday on TV. I knew then that the wind was changing. You make a good point. I hope you're right; I have faith in you! I guess one thing I'm thankful for is the fact that she at least sort of keeps herself in the public eye in between albums without overexposing herself. Since The Truth About Love especially, she's been doing a lot of side projects and random stuff after the era ended to stay relevant, so you do make a good point. I hope she smashes when we get the new single from her.

Get into the story behind it:

The first time that [Pink & I] did the vocals to “A Long Way to Happy”—which is a song that Alecia and I did—it was written about her having to deal with being raped as a teenager by a cop, which was brutal for her. We had never even known each other before she expressed this to me, and I said “Well, obviously when we go into the studio it’s going to be [a] pretty emotional time, so let’s make sure the vocal goes down naturally”, and sure enough she was practically in tears when she sang it, and I don’t blame her. I don’t think you have to subscribe to the mentality that you have to bring the person to pain to sing and give a good performance. You just got to let the song be the song and let it do the work. Some songs are meant to be taken lighter and some are not. She definitely let that one fly.
