No idea what to expect from the new album. In the end he will always be pop, so I'm not expecting anything super crazy. His voice will always be the main thing that sets him apart from everyone else.

No idea how much I've spent on him over the years, but I don't think it's that much. I don't care about merchandise. It's the trips abroad to his concerts that are the main expense. And so worth it

Michele Canova has too much impact on the Italian pop scene, he's unstoppable. But I don't mind it, Marco and Francesca are releasing their best songs yet, Jovanotti's album is brilliant, Luca's is good, Tiziano obviously never disappoints. And then Baby K, Marracash and Malika Ayane released nice albums. I don't think it's that boring. Actually one of the best years yet for Italian music.

Everything just sounds like a bad 2014 replica to me with every major pop act playing it safe with their old stale sound

Eros took a risk with his lead single, but he ended up collapsing from 5x platinum to barely 1x platinum, and he's not even singing it on tour.

I think Laura's the most disappointing for me, I really thought she would finally release something interesting again.

I don't think there's anyone else who I consider a major pop act

I'm just realising that Mio Fratello is nearly 17 minutes on the physical CD (16:41 to be exact), this is the third time he's put a hidden track on his album, the first was the extended bug bit on Rosso Relativo and the hidden phone call on 111 Centoundici, has anyone listened to any of his hidden tracks?

I have listened to the Extra one of Rosso Relativo, the phone call on 111 Centoundici and I am currently listening to the end of Mio Fratello, it's so cute.

It's sad seeing all the negative reactions to Il vento. Calling it boring, repetitive, etc. I dunno what they are hearing. It seems foreigners like it more than Italians.

I actually like that he's added the hidden tracks as it's a nice way to end the album but yeah, it means sitting through at least 10 or 12 minutes of silence and it's annoying to do that, when I first looked at the song running time for Mio Fratello on my music collection on iTunes, I thought that it was a mistake and that Mio Fratello had been duplicated 4 times on the one track.

How can Italians not like Il vento, it's his best song yet, at least non-Italian people like it, although it's mostly targeted to the Italian market, it's not looking good for Il vento if Italians don't like it.

You didn't live here at Tiziano's, Gemelli Diversi's and Paolo Meneguzzi's peaks, that's why y'all happy with the song. Il Vento is old-fashioned and nostalgic but in a "uggggh it's not 00s anymore, we already got Mary lemme go listen to that instead" kind of way

To me there's no song that sounds like it, past or present. Nothing that even comes close. His voice is so epic. Maybe I'd notice the old-fashioned sound if it was someone else singing it.
