Well that still sounds like fun.. You should do the same and go there again to hide from the cold

I love all types, I'm not picky. I grew up listening to hip hop and country music. However, I've settled into RnB, rap, country, pop... **** it, I'm into everything. I don't particularly stan for artists but if I had to say who I really stanned for, I would say Eminem, Drake, Ne-Yo, and Justin Timberlake.

So if you don't stan for anyone, what are you doing on atrl then?

Stick with what feels comfortable for now, if that's the machines. However in a few weeks or so, bout a month, we'll need to graduate to free weights. Sticking with the same routine constantly will cause you to experience a plateau effect and you'll see little change at all.
You don't have to go for intense interval training when you run. Just shoot for a good pace over at least a mile or two, depending on where your cardio is now. Once you see how fast that is, keep that pace for running for a week, before trying to improve on that pace the following week.
And yes, leg curls are good and you should stick with them. But if you want to get your ass looking right try this.

You'll have the rest of atrl going like..

ok.. but I have been going for about over a month already and it's all been with machines.. I guess maybe I should do free weights then?
And with elliptical, I do usually 25-30 minutes and it comes with 3.5-4 miles with calories 270-310 and usually HR 155-175
And I don't hate my butt size right now by all means, I just want it a little firmer and rounder, so I guess I will check it out.
Thanks again

I had to delay my trip to Montreal, thanks to the crappy weather. The thunderstorm/tornado the other day did a number on my backyard, and it cost like $170 in repairs. There's more thunderstorms and rain (oh, and there's flood warnings too. ) this weekend forecast.
I don't think I've ever seen it this bad in my 21 years living in Calgary.

Glad you are ok... and it sucks about your vacation. When do you plan on doing it now?
