It could well be finished actually, the release date could have more to do with wrapping up the Monster Ball so that she can focus her attention on album promotion. It could also be that the record label want's to leave time a bit more time before the album to put of Gagamania striking again so the market doesn't become over-saturated too quickly.
The lessor people are a bit sick of her because she has been everywhere for 2 years, a little break isn't a bad idea.
Does anyone know when she took these? Are they old twitpics?
