In terms of uptempos: Prism >>> TD >>>> OOTB. Literally the first half of PRISM is some of Katy's finest pop music ever. Mature, sonically diverse, and all very interesting.
Exceptions: TD, ET, HnC are amazing.
In terms of midtempos and low tempos, OOTB destroys anything on PRISM (standard) and most of TD's slower material.
Exceptions: NLTM, All of PRISM Deluxe are great.
