They've done a lot. Too much almost, at least at one time. At this point, it's obvious it's just not going to be a public grabber like that. Disappointing, but oh well. It's good for her to still be even here at this time and age. We can only hope she does a proper second single.

Tbh, I like LMFAO version more than the original. But still, I don't get what's the point of having the first version climbing all the way up to 98% then deleting it, moment before it goes #1.

Oh you mean that situation. Yeah, they should have thought that out more. Separating purchasing the single and preordering the album, considering one could cancel their preorder tomorrow if they didn't want it anymore.

From a promo point of view, Interscope did everything perfectly and more. If it weren't for the removal, GMAYL would most likely be sitting on top with a decent lead right now.

Nah, if it was truly meant to be #1 right now, it would be #1. ET got removed when it was #1, and quickly shot straight back to #1.

E.T. had two versions charting, once the version with Kanye removed, the original started climbing up, then when they re-added the one with Kanye it charted back to #1.

Excuses, excuses. GMAYL failed to reach the top10 before the SB and failed to reach #1 after it. It is released as a single now and has a remix and a video. It has a new catalog number so many fans probably bought it again, yet it is not anywhere near the top.

The song is just garbage. Interscope should be commended for getting it this far.

Exactly. The song isn't just "ok" or "generic", it's atrocious. One of the worst lead singles by a big name female....ever.

Even if Madonna had hit #1, she probably would've been falling by now anyway. The fact that she is falling while she should still be gaining after being removed is even worse. It's just not going to do well & I could tell it would perform like this.
And the reason I sound do final about it is because they shoved basically all of the promo into one weekEND, which was a very bad idea.

They should just give up on Give Me All Your Luvin', brand it as a promo single for M.D.N.A or something, the public are obviously not here for it at all, not surprising since the song is a complete mess.
I only see her getting a #1 single this era if that rumour of a Britney duet is true. Britney, hype and if the song is actually great would be enough to secure it a #1 debut on the Hot 100.
